3.Management of passwords
(1)Only the members themselves can use their passwords and they can't teach or give to third party.

(3)We reckon the intention display that have been made against the Company by using a password is regarded as a manifestation of the members themselves.So, if the trouble happened in that case, we won't have any responsibilities."

"Art.3 (Change the information)

1.Members must teach us the change of the information if he or she changed his or her information such as name or address.
2.We don't have any responsibilities when the troubles happen because you didn't change your information.And, please be careful that if you order before you change your infromation we treat trades as it was even if you change your information after ordering."

"Art.4 (Withdrawal)

If members want to withdraw members themselves must make a withdrawal procedure.After a given withdrawal procedure, you can withdraw."

"Art.5 (Loss of membership qualification and the compensation obligation)

1.We will cancel your membership qualification when the following things happen:a)If members lie when they apply for admission of the membership.b)Members neglect the payment duty in online shopping.c)When we regard you as not suitable for members for some other reasons.
2.Members must take responsibilities of compensating for the damage when they do following four things.
1)To use their member's number or password illegally.
2)Interfere our business:Invading our homepage and falsify information or to send a harmful computer program on this website.
3)Infringe intellectual property of our products.
4)Do other things against this terms of use."

"Art.6 (Handling of member information)

2.To give a loss for our or third party's rights, benefits, honors.
3.To do somethings give an adverse effect for youth's mind and body, and other Public order and morality.
4.To do somethings make users unconfortable.
5.To input false infromation.
6.To send or write harmful computer programs or mails.
7.To invade our website illegally.
8.To lend, give, or share the password to or with third parties.
9.To do somethings we recognize inappropriate."

"Art.8 (Ceasing or interrupting of the service)

1.We will stop serving fully or partly to make this service works well when the folllowing things happen.

3)When we judge that we cant' run by fire, power failure,and sabotage by third party.

"Art.12 (Governing Law, competent court)
